01No financial, legal or tax advice
Orvalis is a software tool that displays public blockchain data and helps you build transactions. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Token values and portfolio figures are informational estimates sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate or delayed.
02Non-custodial software
Orvalis never holds, controls or has access to your private keys, seed phrase or digital assets. All transactions are built in your browser and signed by your own wallet. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving every transaction.
03Irreversible transactions
Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded. Closing a token account is permanent for that account address, although a new account can be created if you receive the token again. Verify all details in your wallet before signing.
04Risk of loss
Using blockchain technology involves substantial risk, including software bugs, network congestion, wallet or RPC failures, malicious tokens and loss of funds. Orvalis is provided without any guarantee that it will operate uninterrupted, error-free or that any specific amount of SOL will be recovered.
05No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvalis and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or digital assets, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
07Third-party services
Orvalis relies on third-party infrastructure such as Solana RPC providers, Jupiter pricing APIs, Solscan links and your chosen wallet. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of these services.
08Compliance and eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Orvalis complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, including any tax reporting obligations. Do not use the service where it is prohibited. No token, security or investment product is offered by Orvalis.
